Thai Style Fish
The cookbook said I’d be hooked on this fish dish–it was so right! I couldn’t stop talking about it for days after I made it. The recipe calls for sea bass, but, as per usual, I used tilapia because other fish options are just too expensive. This dish is super healthy and fresh with lots of protein and barely any oil. It came out flakey and flavorful, with enough seasoning for those who like flavorful food, but also no overpowering flavors that turned off any timid eaters.

This was the yummiest tilapia I’ve had in a long time…fresh well seasoned and with a nice kick. LOVE it!
